As a practicing physician, I witnessed the same pattern repeat itself daily - patients confused, overwhelmed, and feeling defensive before we even began. I heard the same story of failed doctor-patient interactions time and time again, understanding it from both sides.

Drawing from the impact of sharing my perspective with patients and years of clinical experience, I developed The MD Insight—a workshop series that bridges the gap between medical expertise and everyday health literacy. By teaching how to prepare for appointments, communicate effectively with their doctors, and navigate the healthcare system confidently, we aim to transform the community's relationship with healthcare and  individual health outcomes.

What started as a frustration has evolved into a mission to empower everyone to be their best health advocate.
